Short-term
In the next three months, I would like to complete courses related to e-learning in the MDE program. I intend to gain the professional skills needed to function as a distance learning professional and facilitator.
Middle-term
To refine and develop capabilities upon completion of my MDE program specifically by 2024. These capabilities include data and analytics skills, instructional design skills, learning sciences skills, and technology application skills.
Long-term
To refine and develop capabilities related to the trainer/facilitator learning path in the next three to five years specifically by 2027.
